1. Break down and schedule production plans, monitor production progress, coordinate resolutions for production anomalies, and ensure on-time plan completion.
2. Develop material requirements plans based on production schedules, BOM, and inventory levels; execute material requisitions to ensure supply availability.
3. Monitor raw materials and work-in-process inventory, implement early warning mechanisms, and optimize inventory turnover efficiency.
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
2. Minimum 3 years of material control/PMC experience in manufacturing; electronics industry background preferred.
3. Proficient in Excel, familiar with ERP systems, and possess data analysis capabilities.
1. Execute end-to-end business process audits independently, covering risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
2. Lead or participate in special audits to identify operational risks and control deficiencies; propose and drive implementation of improvement plans.
3. Track audit issue remediation to closure, promoting process optimization and continuous enhancement of the internal control system.
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Auditing, Finance, Economics or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of audit experience in manufacturing, with familiarity of manufacturing operations and key control points.
3. Proficient in auditing and tax regulations; strong ethical principles with excellent risk insight and professional judgment.
4. Professional certification such as Auditor or Accountant at intermediate level or above is preferred.
1. Handle supplier quality issues, drive improvements, and track verification.
2. Evaluate supplier monthly performance and enforce quality agreements and terms.
3. Optimize inspection standards and participate in new supplier onboarding and sample validation.
